Returns policy

All Wine Cave products are fully guaranteed. It is our overriding policy to ensure the highest degree of delivery satisfaction for all of our clients. For cases that involve damaged or defect merchandise, we ask that the client notify us as soon as possible by e-mail and provide us with the order number and a brief explanation of the deficiency. If a pick-up is required, Wine Cave will arrange appropriate details and contact the client as soon as arrangements are in place.

For those cases that the client has a change of opinion, Wine Cave employs the following policy: The decision to return merchandise must be notified to us by email within seven days of the receipt of merchandise. The merchandise must be returned to its source in the same physical condition, as on receipt, with undamaged packing material to be used. All shipping and delivery costs pertaining to the order are the responsibility of the client. The client may use a registered courier of his/her choice.
