Warranty terms for your KoolR Magnum product.
Warranty Coverage
Koolr Products Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original end-user purchaser in the continental US or Canada (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic wear or damage from improper installation, assembly, or maintenance.
- Misuse, abuse, commercial use, or use contrary to written instructions.
- Shipping damage, accidents, or unauthorized alterations and third-party servicing.
- Damage from power surges, spikes, or acts of God.
Owner Responsibilities
To maintain your warranty, you must:
- Perform regular maintenance, including cleaning the condenser coil and fans.
- Protect the unit from power surges and monitor performance daily.
- Disconnect power immediately if an "Alarm" condition occurs.
- Provide a dated bill of sale for any warranty claims.
Replacement and Liability
Your sole remedy under this warranty is the replacement of the eligible product. Koolr Products Inc. is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including the spoilage of wine. It is your responsibility to insure your wine and take precautions to safeguard its condition.
Service Inquiries
For customer service or warranty issues, please email info@winecave.ca. If your unit requires service after the one-year warranty expires, you may have it serviced by a local HVAC technician or purchase a new unit. Please have your model, serial number, and original bill of sale ready.
